These terms govern your use of Razaqly. Please read them before booking.
These terms cover flight booking, hotel booking, and visa assistance. The sections below describe each of them, and each applies from the moment that service becomes available to you on the platform.
Razaqly currently sells flights. Hotel booking and visa assistance are in preparation and are not yet available to buy. Nothing in these terms should be read as an offer to provide a service that is not yet offered on the platform.
Razaqly is an online travel platform operated by Al Razzaq Tour and Travel, a company registered in Indonesia. We help travellers search, book, and pay for flights; and, as those services become available, book accommodation and obtain professional assistance with visa applications.
When you book a flight, your contract of carriage is with the operating airline and is subject to that airline's own fare rules and conditions. We facilitate the booking and payment; the airline provides the transport. Fare rules — changes, baggage, refundability — are set by the airline and shown to you before you pay.
When you book accommodation, your contract for the stay is with the property or the accommodation supplier, not with Razaqly. We facilitate the booking and payment. Room descriptions, facilities, rate conditions, check-in and check-out times, and cancellation rules are set by the property or supplier and shown to you before you pay.
The property is responsible for providing the stay itself, including the condition of the room, the facilities described, and honouring the reservation on arrival.
Visa assistance is different from the two above. Here you are engaging Razaqly directly for a professional service, and your contract for that service is with us.
What we are engaged to do is the work: explaining the applicable requirements, helping assemble and review the documentation, preparing the application, and guiding you through appointments and submission. Our fee is earned by performing that work.
Razaqly provides visa assistance but does not issue visas or guarantee visa approval. Visa applications and final decisions are controlled solely by the relevant embassy, consulate, immigration authority, or government. A refusal does not mean the service was not performed.
Requirements, fees, processing times, and procedures are set by the relevant authority and can change without notice. Government, embassy, biometric, appointment, courier, and other third-party charges are payable to those bodies under their own rules, and are separate from our fee.
The price shown includes the supplier's cost — the airline fare, the room rate, or the applicable third-party charges — together with our service fee. It is the single amount you pay: there are no hidden charges added at the final step. You may choose to see and pay in IDR or USD; the settlement amount is shown before you confirm.
Our service fee is earned for arranging the booking or performing the service, and once earned it is generally not refundable. Where a booking fails through no choice of yours — an airline cancellation, or a payment taken with nothing issued against it — we do not keep it. The cases are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways. We never store your full card or wallet credentials. A flight booking is confirmed only once payment succeeds and the ticket is issued; if issuance fails after payment, you receive a full refund of the amount charged. The same principle applies to any service you pay for and do not receive.
Changes and cancellations follow the rules of the airline, property, or supplier concerned, together with our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Any refund you receive is derived from what the supplier actually returns, less charges that are genuinely non-refundable.
Visa assistance is charged for work performed, so what is refundable there depends on how far the work has progressed rather than on a supplier's rules.
To the extent permitted by law, Razaqly is not liable for the acts or omissions of airlines, properties, or other suppliers, including delays, cancellations, schedule changes, overbooking, or the standard of accommodation provided. Where we act as an intermediary, our responsibility is limited to arranging your booking with reasonable care.
Where we provide a service ourselves, including visa assistance, our responsibility is to perform that service with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for the decision of an embassy, consulate, immigration authority, or government, nor for a change in their requirements, fees, or processing times.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
